The purpose of the Lease Purchase Program is to address the unmet need for affordable home ownership opportunities on the Blackfeet Reservation. The lease purchase  option assists families who lack experience with traditional credit and cannot attain financing to buy a home. The lease period gives families time to learn to be successful homeowners and to become financially able to support a mortgage.

The Lease Purchase Program will be operated in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations of the Blackfeet Housing and any participating State or Federal agency.
